WERE YOU INSURED WITH INEAS?

On 27-07-2010 Ineas Insurance Agency B.V. in Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("INEAS") was declared bankrupt by the Court in Amsterdam. The appointed curator is Mr. C.M. Molhuysen.

During the settlement of the bankruptcy, it appeared that a premium amount and/or damage amount is still available for the former policyholders of INEAS. JARK B.V. ("JARK").
