Got AVG shares? Take action now!

Avast Software bought the company AVG for 1.3 billion dollar. Users of the antivirus program can expect positive changes in the near future, especially when it comes to their threat detection efficiency. However, shareholders of AVG do need to take action.

All AVG shares are transferred to Avast

All minority shareholders of AVG were able to transfer their shares to Avast in exchange for a payment of 22,84 euro per share. But from March 16th 2017all remaining outstanding shares that were not yet held by Avast were transferred to Avast. This news item on AVG explains the situation more thoroughly.

What does this mean?

If you own shares in AVG and haven’t transferred them yet, then it is time to take action. Or else you will lose your investments. JARK has many years of experience in cases like this and offers to process these claims completely at a no-cure-no-pay commission.
